Member of the State Duma Committee on issues of nationalities, deputy head of the State Duma Committee on state organisation, deputy head of the State Duma Commission for ensuring and observing human rights in the Chechen Republic. October 2003: Appointed aide of the President of the Russian Federation. Since 2004: Adviser to the President. |
